5 Things to Know about The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5

5 Things to Know About The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5Tue, 18 Nov 2014 11:15:38 AM PSTBy Chris Harnick

The ladies of the 90210 are back. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills make their triumphant return tonight on Bravo, and along with your returning favorites are two new familiarfaces: soap stars Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson. Don't fret, gone are last season's new additions Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia; not apeep is heard from them about being skinny or Wiccan. With new faces comes new drama and boy is there DRAMA. (All caps necessary.) Here'swhat you can expect from this year: 1. Real Housewives, Assemble! Camille Grammer. TaylorArmstrong. Adrienne Maloof. Lisa Vanderpump. Kim Richards. Kyle Richards. Together again! The original ladies of Beverly Hills assembled and danced the night away at Kyle's party, but not without some fireworks. Sadly, The Comeback's Valerie Cherish was not invited to Kyle's White Party. 2. Lisa Rinna vs. Kim Richards?! So we've all seen that trailer, includingthe wine throw that's on par with some of reality TV's greatest wine throws. While they can't revealmuch, Lisa Rinna did drop this bit of info to E! News: "What I learned is I am fiercely protective of my family." Noted! 3. Lisa Vanderpump Is No Longer an Outsider: Consider her new tagline for a moment: "Throw me to the wolves, and I shall return leading the pack." Last season, pretty much every single lady turned on Lisa, but this year, she's back and making amends, going from frenemies to friends, smoothing things over with Kyle...and maybe one lady will go to full enemy. Things with Brandi Glanville are still not so hot."It's not great, it's not great...I think you should watch the show and hopefully you'll understand where I'm coming from. I tried, I did my best," Lisa told us at the premiere of The Comeback. 4. Mad Men Mentions: Yes, Harry Hamlin appears this season and, yes, his work on Mad Men is referenced. 5. Brandi Looks for a New Ally: While on the outs with Lisa Vanderpump, Brandi attempts to make amends with a woman she's had serious strife with. Will it work? The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo. (E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)

Kristen chenoweth says kim kardashians naked butt ruined her day

Kim Kardashian's memorable butt may have shocked fans when it surfaced online.

But for Kristin Chenoweth, the revealing photo featured in Paper magazine almost reminded the singer of her own upcoming album cover. Ummm, oops!

While visiting the Late Show With David Letterman Friday night, Chenoweth showed off her new album titled Coming Home. Unfortunately, the photo partly showing the Glee star's butt (clothed, of course) doesn't exactly pack the same punch as Kardashian's cover.

"Damnit, if Kim Kardashian didn't ruin my day today," she joked as David Letterman held her album out Nov. 17. "It's not fair!"

"There's dumb and dumber," she added before pointing to the left and right side of her own rear-end. "My butt is the size of her bra strap." If only the Broadway veteran packed the oil before her shoot.

Chenoweth joins a long list of A-list celebrities having a little fun with Kardashian's latest magazine cover.

Chelsea Handler pulled down her thong before taking a picture of her bare butt in a bathroom mirror. "Can you believe more than 2 ass can fit on the same screen?" she captioned her Instagram collage with both her and Kardashian's butt. "Guess which one's real. Your move, Instagram."

Jonas Brothers member Joe Jonas created an amazing meme that featured Nick Jonas' head on Kim's full-frontal body. James Franco also added his face to the memorable butt shot in support of his Google+ hangout Saturday afternoon. Very clever, guys.

As it turns out, Kim may have the last laugh on this photo shoot. Despite all the attention (and backlash) she received, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star doesn't appear to have any regrets.

"Kim will continue to do sexy shoots as long as she's in shape," an insider told E! News shortly after the photos surfaced. "Kanye loves it."

For more Kardashians, watch Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons Sunday nights at 9 p.m.  only on E!

Nigerian army recapture abducted chibok girls

By vanguard
The Nigerian army said yesterday that it had recaptured the north-eastern town of Chibok, where Boko Haram insurgents abducted more than 200 schoolgirls in April, provoking a wave of global outrage.

Gallant Nigerian soldiers
An elder of Chibok community, Pogu Bitrus however told AFP that Chibok was recaptured in a joint operation with local vigilantes known as the Civilian Joint Task Force. He said the vigilantes fought inside Chibok while the soldiers “stayed outside the town to mop up the insurgents trying to escape”.
Boko Haram fighters who were dislodged last week from Mubi in Adamawa by a combined team of local hunters and the troops fled to Chibok through Mararaba, Mubi and Uba and took over the town when residents on seeing the terrorists fled.
The terrorists had captured the town last Thursday after a battle lasting several hours that left many victims among both the insurgents and the local militias dead.
Several residents said the army had fled from the assault, leaving the vigilantes to fight on their own against Boko Haram.
There was no immediate information about any casualties from Saturday’s battle for the town, which witnesses say was virtually empty of residents.
A statement from Army Headquarters signed by Colonel Timothy Antigha, Chief of Staff, Department of Army Public Relations said, “The Nigerian Army troops recaptured Chibok at about 7pm last (Saturday) night from Boko Haram insurgents. The town is now secured. Exploitation and mop-up operations are ongoing. More details will follow as soon as they are available.”
Vanguard had reported last week that after several days of strategizing, the Nigerian Military, working in collaboration with local hunters, vigilantes and foreign military advisers from Israel commenced a major offensive to retake Mubi, Michika and Madagali towns from Boko Haram terrorists.

Atiku lambasts FG
Meanwhile, former vice president, Atiku Abubakar has condemned the Federal Government over its handling of the Boko Haram insurgents in the North east saying “any serious government would have reacted decisively to the security challenge that has almost consumed three states or more”
According to him, “the Federal government is not ready to solve the problem of insurgency ravaging the entire Northern states. This is evident because for more than five years, insurgency has persisted and there seems no end to it.”
Atiku, who spoke to correspondents at the 9th annual Founder’s Day and 10th anniversary of the American University of Nigeria, Yola expressed regret that the Federal Government has no excuse whatsoever to give Nigerians for allowing insurgents to persist despite the material and human resources at its disposal.
Meanwhile, against the backdrop of President Goodluck Jonathan’s declaration to contest the 2015 Presidential election on the platform of the PDP, intelligence reports collated by security agencies have shown that more terrorists bombings will be recorded in the country.
According to sources, the bombings which will target churches, Mosques, schools, markets and recreation centres among others, will signal the final push of the terrorists with the aim of stopping Jonathan from contesting the election.

Accuser Say's bill Cosby should Admit he sexually assaults women and apologize

Bill Cosby; Tamara Green

BY NICOLE WEISENSEE EGAN

For the past nine years, retired attorney Tamara Green has stayed fairly quiet about her claims that Bill Cosby drugged and groped her back in 1970.

But she thinks it's "fabulous" Cosby is once again under fire for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting 14 women – including former Temple University employee Andrea Constand.

"He is in fact a sexual predator," Green, 58, tells PEOPLE exclusively. "I don't dispute the fact the man has done much good, but he is a flawed man."

"He's not the fictional Dr. Huxtable or the Jell-O salesman," she says. "This is Bill Cosby who for years felt entitled because of his status as a celebrity and because for years he was above the law. And he'll always be a small man because a great man would embrace his faults as well as his talents."

Cosby's spokesman, David Brokaw, could not be reached. In the past Brokaw has said her claims are not true.

Constand went to authorities in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where Cosby, 77, owns a home and where she said the sexual assault happened, in January 2005.

Five weeks later, then-Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce L. Castor Jr., citing "insufficient credible and admissible evidence," announced there would be no criminal charges against Cosby.

Constand subsequently filed a civil suit against him, and 13 other women with similar stories were added as supporting witnesses. She settled the lawsuit for an undisclosed amount in November 2006.

"The district attorney in Montgomery County wouldn't file the charges because he said it was a he said/she said case," says Green, who is retired and lives in southern California, "but 10 years later because of social media people get to decide these facts for themselves."

Coming Forward

Green, who once represented Liza Minnelli's stepmother in a lawsuit against the famous singer, was the first of the 13 women to go public with her story.

She contacted Constand's attorneys after hearing Castor characterize Constand's allegations against Cosby as "weak" at a press conference in January 2005.

"I worked in a DA's office and that's DA-speak for, 'We're not filing charges,' " Green told the Philadelphia Daily News in her first interview. "I felt compelled to come forward after I heard that."

Through the years, Cosby has only given one interview on Constand's accusations – to The National Enquirer, which ran in March 2005.

"Looking back on it, I realize that words and actions can be misinterpreted by another person," Cosby told the tabloid, "and unless you're a supreme being, you can't predict what another individual will do.

"I'm not saying that what I did was wrong, but I apologize to my loving wife, who has stood by my side for all these years, for any pain I have caused her," he told the Enquirer. "These allegations have caused my family great emotional stress."

He addressed Green's claims in that interview as well.

"My problem is with some media and how it appeared that Miss Green was allowed to be a 'wrecking ball,' " he told the Enquirer.

Green not only told her story to Constand's attorneys, Dolores Troiani and Bebe Kivitiz, who were partners in Devon, Pennsylvania, but she went to Montgomery County authorities as well.

"I volunteered to take the heat and believe me there was considerable heat," she says.

Controversy Heats Up

Cosby's people began leaking negative information about her to the press after her interview with the Daily News went national – all of which was true, she says.

"I expected that," she says. "I've been a career defense attorney. I know how to crack credibility.

"Believe me I'm not a perfect person either," she says. "On the other hand, I have perfect credit and have never been arrested for a felony."

She believes the accusations might go away for good if Cosb
